My Story

As a former frogman (US Navy SEAL) for 13 years, I lived a unique life as a modern warrior and elite instructor in the nation’s finest special operations unit.

I served as an operator at SEAL Team Three from 2010-2015 and as an instructor at SQT (SEAL Qualification Training) and BUD/s (Basic Underwater Demolition) from 2015-2019. Since leaving the military in 2021, my purpose has been to inspire others to achieve their maximum potential.

As a result of my journey in military special operations, I struggle daily to stay on top of my mental health and my physical well-being. I am determined, but it takes constant work every hour of every day to live the quality of life I demand. This is why I take the challenge of learning as much as possible about health, wellness, human performance, fitness, diet, nutrition, longevity, and even some experimental bio-hacking.

Since leaving the military, I have worked with prominent and influential names in health and wellness and became a certified immune-centric coach. My expertise in human performance from training elite warriors in special operations, paired with my immune-centric approach to health, diet, and nutrition, makes my coaching style very unique, with results that stand the test of time.

My goal is to live long and age youthfully in an enjoyable way that promotes complete mobility and functional athleticism to feed my competitive drive and spirit. This is also my goal for you, but it can require constant determination, resilience, perseverance, grit, patience, discipline, faith, and trust.

Please get in touch with me if coaching is necessary to improve your mental toughness, physical well-being, and functional athleticism. If we are a fit, I would love to work with you!

Many of my optimization techniques are rooted in ancestral living. With this in mind, I decided to lean into my Nordic heritage. The word Valhalla is from Norse mythology, where the souls of slain heroes in battle are received—it is a place of honor, glory, and happiness. In modern terms, I like to think of the ghosts of friends lost in combat currently exist in such a great place similar to that of the halls of Valhalla
